Lead the development of IT Strategy and Digital Strategy offering to clients/partners (Government and semi- Government entities). This includes the development of IT Vision, IT Mission, AS-IS, TO-BE, IT Strategic Objectives, Gap Analysis and KPIs.
Lead the design of technology strategy solutions, shape and develop tailored proposal to clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on digital strategies and digital transformations.

• Provide training and development programs in digital transformation, digital innovation, emerging technologies (IOT, Big Data, AI, Cloud Computing, Smart Cities, 3D Printing, VR, AR, Digital Twin), IT talent development and future skills.
• Provide consultation services in IT and digital transformation strategy planning;. help companies at different industries (Technology, Media and Telecom - TMT) to shift from traditional business models to innovative business models based on digital technologies, determine the right course of action, manage key priorities, create compelling customer experiences and drive digital adoption.
• Consultant member at Council of Artificial Intelligence and E-Commerce at Alkharj Chamber, Saudi Digital Transformation Association (Raqmn) and Saudi Economy Center.
• Formulate effective strategies relating to talent development, career management, and learning & development as per SABIC’s strategic objectives, corporate HR standards, and global IT strategy. Expand development programs as per requirements of IT organisation and individuals. Structure and update an appropriate model to enhance IT functional competencies. Evaluate progress of IT staff and deliver effective training sessions to ensure provision of high-quality services.
• Strength the internal and external communications within IT globally. Maintain strong partnership relation with business unites by communicating the ongoing change in IT and ensure the overall alignment.
