• Working closely with legal department to ensure that company policies or actions comply with Kuwait labor laws.
• Responsible for Ministerial related to opening and renewing branches of the Company in new operational areas.
• Maintains confidentiality of company’s information & sensitive issues.
• Responsible for business strategy and planning to ensure that Record Management has the appropriate resources, budget and tools to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Worked with company branches and trained them to implement SAP platform intended to assist users in adopting new developments, managing the application lifecycle, and running SAP solutions, resulting to easy access to records, saving time, ink & paper cost etc.
• Purged outdated case files in coordination with concerned department, thus reducing the limitations on organizational virtual shared drive and providing opportunity for continuous storage of new case files.
