• رصد حضور وغياب الموظفين على أساس منتظم والتحقيق في حالات غياب.
• إدارة نظام الإيداع في إدارة الموارد البشرية، تحديث ملف الموارد البشرية الرئيسية وملفات العاملين.
• متابعة مع ممثل العلاقات العامة في طلبات وتجديد عقود العمل والتأشيرات في الوقت المناسب.
• إدارة الإجازات الموظفين السنوية وإبداء تحفظات الرحلة بناء على السياسات والاتفاقات.
• تطوير وتحديث قاعدة بيانات السيرة الذاتية، تساعد في عملية التوظيف.
• إعداد أدوات التوجيه آند متابعة اتجاه القائمة المرجعية للقادمين الجدد.
• تقديم تقييمات الأداء في الوقت المحدد لكل موظف.
• المساعدة في كتابة الوصف الوظيفي آند تحديث دليل الموظف.
• إعداد تقرير الرواتب الشهرية.
