M.M, GAA, SLH, Modon and SPGA) to facilitate growth and expansion. • Perform high-mix best use studies on new investment opportunities. Successfully achieved ExCom approval for tendering several investment projects in different business models with total capex over SAR 2 billion that led to achieve 100% increase in annual revenue.
Reporting to Chief Investment and Socioeconomic Officer and responsible for MDA’s assets and investment development. • Develop investment and business development strategy targeting annual revenue SAR +400 Million. • Manage investment portfolio consisting over +60 BOT real estate contracts. • Lead investment initiative for the Madina’s BRT project.
Temporary Assignment and reporting to Deputy of the Mayer for Investment • Responsible for developing investment strategy for real estate assets, changing management and process, and leading investor attraction initiatives. • Lead PPP investment projects set by MOMRA for Madina’s Municipality (e.x: Outdoor Advertising Project for all Madina City.
Reporting to Chairman of the board and responsible for P&L and entire operation of the company. • Re-strategize company position to grow existing business and establish new business. • Manage entire sales, service after sale, operation, financials, HSE and support services. • Achieve an increase in revenue by 300 %. • Achieve Aramco’s approval to serve gas pipeline operations. • Negotiate with clients to improve contractual T&C. • Improve operation efficiency and fleet utilization. • Developed technical partnership with US based company to engage in LSTK projects in KSA.

Reporting to Managing Director and responsible for establishing new business in potential sectors (O&G). • Conducting market assessment for investment and new business opportunities in Oil and Gas sector. • Active team member for negotiate and conclude JV partnership agreements with several international company. • Active team member in investment initiative for mega projects with Saudi Aramco.
Reporting to Chairman of the board and responsible for establishing the commercial and operation of the company. • Conclude project feasibility study and liaise with local banks and SIDF for financing. • Negotiate and closed agreements with OEMs in US and lead business development with client and secured MOUs.
