• Assisting the CEO in the development of long and short range company operations plans which may include service demand analyses, resources availability analyses and cost benefit analyses of proposed capital and staff expansions.

• Developing operational budgets which are supported by the hospitals long and short range plans and objectives while preparing cash flow analyses and budget variance analyses, and recommends budget modifications as required.
• Directing the preparation of hospital statistical reports, budgets, and financial reports while providing informal direction in data processing, distributed systems, material management and medical record functions.
• Identifying and reporting potential business opportunities and making recommendations for action, and directing the preparation of internal financial reports and assuring the reports reliably reflect the financial position of the business.
• Planning HR requirements in consultation with heads of different functional and operational areas, while conceptualising development initiatives for improved productivity, retention rates and building capability.
• Identifying staffing needs for various departments in offices and warehouses across Sweden, Germany and France, including mapping required skills for new positions while analysing existing competency levels.
