• Receive and provide appropriate replies for enquiries from customers (directly or through agents)/ or from agents.
• Receive of orders from customers (directly or through agents)/agents.
• Issue of pro forma invoices for all orders received after consulting with the concerned Sales Manager for the pricing and with the Production Planning.
• Checking with the customer/agents to get confirmation for the issued proforma invoices (orders) in terms of payment L/C etc.
• Follow-up with the customer if amendments of L/C. required.
• Checking of credit limits/payment terms to schedule orders for production.
• Follow-up collection of payment / statement of accounts with customers
• Preparation of daily/monthly sales report.
• Preparation of day-to-day & month-to-month sales target report.
• Follow-up with customers/agents for new enquiries.


-Plan and implement export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims of the organization
- Opening and developing new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Communicate with export related authorities, and customers, in all relevant territories and countries.
-Negotiate contracts for sales and manage renew, review contracts as required
- Establishing contacts with customers and distributors in different countries.
- Evaluating and selecting suitable agents to sell and distribute the company
products and maintain proper relations with clients and agents.
- Liaising with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and
relevant export activities and support in relation to the organization's sales,
purchasing, materials management, production and overall operating functions.
- Have a very good knowledge about logistics process and shipping documents.
- Managing & attend 8 success international fairs in Germany, Denmark, Morocco,
UAE (6 times), Sudan and Ethiopia.
- Market survey and visits to : Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and KSA .
