Responsible for managing the company’s health, safety and environment compliance issues, and for delivering and maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all staff for the entire on package 04.


Responsible for identifying, assessing, planning for and monitoring those Health, Safety, Security conscious risks that are implicit in the organizations operations. Providing an advisory service on those Health & Safety, Security and rescue matters and helping to shape a modern, efficient and effective Safety and Security service that can meet future challenges.

Implementing Safety program and procedure at the sites.
Issuing/verification of all kinds of permits for both utility drainage works and various roads excavation and levelling also implementing recommendations.
Reviews and advises on safety requirements in the Method Statement and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).
Responsible to ensure compliance concerning Work Zone Traffic Management and associated related procedures.
Reviews risk assessments for upcoming work and provide technical assistance to the safety planning process.
Receives, reviews and distributes safety inspection reports with recommended corrective actions.
Conducting and participating in meetings like safety committee, monthly management.
Accurately reporting all incidents to Senior HSE manager.
Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter restricted areas.
Preparing incident reports and taking recommended appropriate follow up actions.
Supervise team of both HSE and security personnel in their daily operation and discipline.
Prepared overall security plans and managed security operations of organization, including assignments and staffing.
Contributed to investigations of property loss, thefts and criminal activities.
Reporting on a day to day basis to the Senior Health and Safety Manager.
Making sure that new employees know how to access information about risks and safety procedures related to their work.
