• Lease management for Commercial and Residential properties
• Relationship building with the Tenants and provide prompt response to requests
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
•Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, cleaning and security crew and external contractors.
•Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for Maintenance Activities and ensure that the same has been carried out as per the plan.
•Conduct and document facilities inspection
•Prepare and track facility budget, monitor expenses and payments
•Responsible for the management of services and operations
