TALENT ACQUISITION
• Develop recruitment strategy which includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
• Evolve and implement policies on Manpower planning, Job Descriptions
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, screening/ fixing interviews/ selection/ salary negotiation/ pre-joining orientation/ offer / joining / induction / confirmation.
• Proven expertise in Sourcing of candidates through various channels of Recruitment.
• Leading Global Recruitment drives and successfully fulfilling the company requirements on time.
• Implementing Competency based Selection procedures.
• Ensure adoption of fair recruitment and Equal opportunity practices.
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
• Handle salary negotiations and compensation administration in line with the industry standards.
• Maintain MIS through data management and analysis, generating yearly reports
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
• Managing entire Performance Management Systems (planning performance, conducting appraisals, devising increments, declaring promotions, issuing related communications) and identifying scope for enhancing the same.
• Succession Planning for all critical positions in the organization
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
• Working out remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees and executing the same.
• Revising and implementing employee’s benefits rules as per changing requirement and market trend.
• Essaying a major role in handling Annual increments, Promotions and Reward system.
PERSONNEL, ADMINISTRATION, WELFARE & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
• Managing personnel, administrative and welfare functions
• Management of Payroll & Time
• Monitoring separation of an employee, Attrition analysis & providing inputs to the Management
• Coordinating with Legal Department on Labour issues,
• Maintaining ISO record Maintenance
• Managing all Internal & External Audits
• Resignations & Separations
• Ensuring prompt resolution of employees grievances to maintain cordial management employee relations.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
• Identifying the training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions, analyzing existing level of competencies of individuals
• Implementing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement of the new recruits and old employees.
