Achievements
Managed a self-funding project for the brand that helped implement the new brand strategy in the region. Raised USD 500, 000 for ad sales to support the project.
Established and grew the e- commerce business to USD 12 million business in 3 years.
Launched the CSR trajectory for the business across the region with generation of PR value over USD 5 million and outreach into over 10 countries.
Conceptualized & commercialized a Personal Shopper program for the customers which lead to an increase in footfall and conversion on the retail floor. The program was piloted in UAE and then moved to the remaining territories. Any customer that engaged with a personal shopper has an ATV that is almost 5x than a normal customer.
Spearheaded the total marketing function for the group across the region with focus on brand enhancement, digital marketing, market intelligence, new product development, market research, price point analysis and trade marketing strategies supporting the resident director for GCC operations.
Planning, budgeting and executing different product marketing initiatives covering product launches, promotions and exhibitions alongside ATL and BTL planning. Directed PR initiatives & Product training of 100 plus retailers like Barakat, Rivoli Eye Zone, Al Jaber etc.
Worked as a Software developer in developing their inhouse product - Prompt WMS.
Also developed thier HTML viewer from begining to its final stage.
