Day by day installation of hardware devices and software packages to the client places, record keeping of software license, Anti virus, hardware components,
replacement of parts, Lead team members, keeping record of purchase and sales, solve customer’s technical problems and take feed-back, communicate client requirement, understand problems and send technician to the client place as soon as possible.
