Cyber Threat Response Group (CTRG) is a niche team setup within the Enterprise IT Team of WNS as a quasi-Information Security team. CTRG interfaces with the organisational Information Security, Risk Management, and other stakeholders to ensure that IT requirements to support and enhance the cybersecurity posture are met. Key Highlights
• Set up, strategise, and build the niche function single-handedly.
• Lead Governance of the Enterprise IT function.
• Enhance effectiveness of cybersecurity measures by reducing event response time by over 75%.
• Deliver and maintain effective Cloud Governance and Security policy.
• Reduce the TAT (Turn Around Time) for client responses and queries to less than 1 day.
• Manage the Cyber Crisis Response process with effective testing.
• End-to-end project delivery from ideation to BAU operations to enhance the cyber security posture.
• Assist Pre-sales team with client due diligence.
Manage global Information Security requirements.
