Coordinate with stakeholders to identify staffing
needs.
Determine selection criteria. Work closely with
management on all diversity initiatives involving
recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
Source potential candidates through online
channels (e.g. social platforms and professional
networks like Bayt.com, LinkedIn, etc).
Conduct full-cycle recruiting using various
techniques.
Plan interview and selection procedures,
including screening calls, assessments and in-
person interviews to gauge interest, personality
and salary requirements.
Using standardized screening techniques, Assess
the skills, qualifications and experience of
potential candidates.
Assess candidate information using an Applicant
Tracking System.
Design job descriptions and interview questions
that reflect each position's requirements.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment
events locally and overseas.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by
department.
Foster long-term relationships with past
applicants, potential candidates and
stakeholders.
Actively work toward building a diverse and
qualified team to support the organization.
Firm understanding and implementation of
recruiting metrics to drive decision-making.
Previous experience developing and executing
recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
Experience handling a diverse team and striving
for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages.
Follow up onboarding activities (i.e.,
communication with candidates after job offer
acceptance, welcome email, prepare joining
formalities, accommodation, and transportation
coordination).
Sponsorship transfer to the company.
Follow up new file number creation.
New employees' announcement to their
department.
Manage and follow up payment of the agencies'
invoices on time including creation of PR/PO.
Coordinate with global recruitment partners to
ensure visa stamping and deployment of the
selected applicants within stipulated time.
Responsible for visa issuance through Visa
Platform (https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/) and their
utilization within time limit and to keep the tracker
up to date for entire visas issued for the company
periodically.
Coordinating with HR Manager and reviewing
company's compensation and benefit system
based on market job value survey. Accordingly
developing the same to provide the best scheme
for employees and organization.
Complete various weekly / monthly reporting
requirements and provide insights to
management and stakeholders.
