Primary Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the various policies such as
Library usage, Donation Acceptance, Training and development, Usage
of company vehicle, application of violations and sanctions, Leasing
and Risk management policies of the company.
Teaming up with Human Recourse department for the development of
HR policy, preparation of the organizational structure, and
development of the corporate governance guidelines.
Preparation, development and updating of strategic plan, goals and
initiative and linking then to key performance indicators
Contribute to the annual operation plan within the framework of the
strategic plan
Drafted the Prestigious Award for Talented Children, Al Jalila Majlis and
Al Jalila Gallery
Development of Policies and Procedures of the center and conducting
regular sta training for implementation and development
Primary Responsibilities:
Preparation of annual training plans.
Monitoring training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded and
prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Meeting clients to discuss their training requirements.
Contacting instructors and arranging training programs with them.
Logistics planning of the training courses, including the venue,
amenities, subsistence, stationary, etc.
