Profile(s):
The Company starts in 2017 I join in after 6 months of lunch. So, it was a small company. Within a very short time, it has grown to become a medium-sized company. Within more than 60 engineers. In the first two years, I had a very wide range of responsibilities and tasks regarding the limited resources, later I become more specialized in high-level system design and problem-solving.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Mechatronic system engineer making the design of the general mechatronic system concepts for a high-tech Automation system.
As Sr. System design engineering I am:
● Systems and process design, creating concept design, making the design review, and writing the system requirements according to IEEE 12207 lifecycle standard.
● System concept and system integration. And validating the product parts. Including the general mechanical design, Electrical power management design, electronics card general requirements and
● Bringing substantive coherence between system requirements.
● Test and Evaluation/Verification and Validation for the products.
● Providing technical substantive support and guidance for the project, creating PDP including (SPG/Serial Production Guide and SPP/Serial Production Procedure)
● Preparing test procedures in response to (SPTS/Serial Production Test Setups), (SPTP/Serial Production Test Procedures), and after-sales maintenance manuals.
● Verification planning, execution, and reporting.
● System requirements, configuration creation, and management.
● Specifying the tools and selecting the providers for the components.
● Making the interface between the 3rd party electronics devices and our software side.
● Provide the required technical support for the after-sales department.
Achievements:
● Creating the system design, Structure, System requirements, System parts selections, API for our cards, and 3rd party products for the (parcel locker) of the company.
● Design the general cabling routing and the electrical controlling module for the system for low voltage (AC/DC). Design the electrical protection and driving circuit for the products.
● Design the cooling unit and controlling unit of a cooling parcel product, made the first revision, and test it.
● Design the cooling unit and controlling unit of a Weapon management system (weapon locker), made the First revision, and test it. filed support and after-sales support for problems related to the parcel locker.
● Communicate with the suppliers and choose the best suitable devices for the projects. Projects:
● Design Engineer for Medium-Voltage Switch gears, metal-clad, and Fuses, SF6 Isolated gears. Lead more than 125 Projects with a project budget of up to 3M USD.
● Sheet metal work and design, Machinery part design, injection parts design, and product assembly. Robot program improvement and coast redaction for products. Mechanisms design and testing.
● SAP Implementation in the Company. (Team leader for Group of 6 Persons).
● Welding robot’s end-user programming for SF6 Gas Tanks.
Tasks and responsibilities:
● Proposing the new project with all the documents required and layout.
● Mechanical project engineer for Metal clad 2M$ project.
● Making the produces revision and modification projects wise.
● Programming the Welding Robots according to different designs.
● Preparing BOM. And Creating the Data for new material in Material masters.

● Accomplish more than 120 projects in medium voltage SF6 isolated switchgear.
● Accomplish 2 Metal projects with a total budget of over 3M$.
● Partner in welding Robot integration. And creating the welding bathes according to all available products in production. 60 different products.
