Managing and Coordinating with Al Ain Municipality for the smooth
operation of 8 STP’s.
Supervised the complete project from the site handling over to the final
handing over stage successfully.
Following up and reviewing all project requirements such as
specification, drawing, QC and QA.
Ensuring timely completion of works in harmony with relevant
engineering disciplines
Monitoring all Operation and Maintenance of project assigned.
Ability to control and distribute the duties between staff (team) and
measuring the construction.
Knowledge of materials, methods, equipment, tools and manpower for
Operation and Maintenance needs.
Estimate quantities, materials, equipment and labors to determine
project feasibility.
Checking and correcting method statement for construction of all
activities and forwarded to technical department for
comments/revisions and final approval.
Observing, checking and recording work execution is complying with
specification, approved method of statement and site requirements.
Review monthly Payment according to site inspection requests and
measurement sheet.
Checking daily, weekly and monthly report progress.
Supervising the installation & execution of electrical systems like
Power, Lighting & Containment (Cable tray & Trunking) as per
Approved Shop Drawings.
Attending work inspection for getting approval from consultants.
Monitoring supervisor/foremen about specific work requirements.
Doing follow up for the Installation works and allocating workforce
to complete the work as per schedule.
Coordination with other services such as HVAC, fire, Gas for
installation of electrical services.
Attending the site meeting with the Project Manager for increasing
the work progress.
Submission and preparation weekly work progress report.
Ordering materials as per shop drawing requirements.
De snagging of Electrical and Plumbing comments which were given
by consultant.
Coordinating with Final Fixture activities for handover the floors as
per the RCP Drawing.
Maintaining good housekeeping practice and instructing all workers
to clear waste materials on daily basis.
Preparation of As Built Drawings.
Survey and report on electrical installations and identify customer requirements.
Provide electrical design details for new and refurbishment projects.
Carrying out electrical engineering aspects such as sizing motors, cables and other electrical
engineering calculations.
IT skills including Word, Excel and Microsoft Power Point for analysing and report preparation.
Site surveys.
Interpreting design specifications and technical drawings.
Design control networks.
Design electrical requirements for refrigeration systems, including loadings, infrastructure and
systems.
Sound knowledge in Electrical System Design and switch gear component selection.
