RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations and smooth Production of Ammonia and Utilities Plant.
- Responsibilities for trouble shooting, routine operation, maintenance and shutdown of the plant.
- Planning of maintenance jobs in coordination with maintenance teams.
- Prepared JHAs (Job Hazard Analysis) for maintenance jobs.
- Responsible to keep the plant in safe and efficient running condition.
- Responsible for writing daily shift log reports, Equipment availability reports, weekly progress reports, Monthly progress reports
- Maintenance of mechanical equipments and Implementation of Plant safety.
- Attended, Organized and Supervised the Annual Turn Around (ATA 2007, 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2017 of the Ammonia and Utilities Plant.
- I am also a member of Hazard Observation and Rectification Committee (HORC)
-Supervised HTSC catalyst Charge replacement/reduction under IDHL conditions
- Energy Conservation Activities at Ammonia Plant.
- Training of Operators/Boardman.
- Ensure Working of PSM Elements Contractor Safety Management Plan
- Member Of Safety Culture Improvement Committee.
