Established various monthly and annual reports on production performance, production engineering projects and Lean projects. Achievements include improvements to standard times, routings and engineering information for more than 75% of all standard products.
- Introduced and implemented various Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve and sustain productivity and advance efficiency at Carbolite.
