Job Responsibilities
• Independently identifying, representing & managing advertising & commercial services on behalf of DMCC and reporting to the Head of Business development of Concordia & co-ordination with the DMCC Marketing Department.

Key responsibilities include the development and execution of marketing strategy and plans aligned to business growth objectives, implementation of marketing campaigns and programs, with a strong emphasis on Marketing.
• Closely working with Retailers, Commercial Companies & Tenants / Members of DMCC free zone authority through Concordia to manage advertising & the community magazine (JLT Times) on behalf of DMCC and Concordia.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Have been working closely with Head of Business Development and DMCC Marketing department in gathering market research which includes Business Leads, Competition, and Data Maintenance.
• Maintaining Existing Clients and identifying and developing relationship with new Clients.
• Understanding client’s requirement, and suggesting best options considering their budget and current market situation.
• Maintaining Database, Ensuring it is up to date and coordinating with IT department for promotions, Newsletters and new products / services introduction to clients.

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales deliver cost-efficient integrated marketing campaigns against an annual marketing plan that involves research, messages, Concept, positioning, theme / image development, thought leadership, creative packaging, digital and social media outreach, email campaigns and creative marketing tactics. It also includes liaison with third party relations, including agencies, Production house, etc. for outdoor advertising & JLT Times magazine.
