• Working as an ELV System Project Engineer .
• Preparation and review of tender documentation.
• Costing /Estimation experience in Low Voltage Systems (CCTV, Fire Alarms).
• Supervision of the installation and commissioning of Air Sampling Detection Systems - ASD (Very Early Smoke Detection Aspire Systems) for applications that requires highly reliable, proactive smoke detection technologies such as Airports, Oil & Gas, etc.
• Commissioning & Installation of Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Security Access Control System, & Intruder Alarm Systems.
• Coordination with consultant and subcontractor’s for engineering and design issues.
• Coordinate subcontractor and external suppliers for technical submittal and shop drawing requirements

• Review and action as required on inter audit reports.
• Monitoring close out of snags raised by the consultant.

• Follow up with sub-contractor for material submittals in line with approved schedule.

• Performing inspection for materials delivered by different suppliers, sub-contractors and client.
• Preparing cost proposals for Variation works.
• Ensure that the project sub-contractor works are carried out in accordance with the specifications & approved drawings, agreed procedure and method statements.
• Ensuring that the sub-contractor follows approved ITP for ELV works.
• Ensuring that the redline drawings, As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals and related documentation is prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved in a timely manner, in line with the contract.
