Managed development of multimedia/online projects targeting consumers and businesses. These included Automatic Arabic translation, eLearning titles, and award winning multimedia titles.
• I was responsible for managing a team of about 20 that was responsible for the development of multimedia/online projects. Those projects where targeting various market segments and were developed for the web and on CDs. Some of the projects that we successfully launched are:
o A multilingual series of products teaching Arabic as a foreign language
o eLearning titles for Gulf curriculums
o Localization of a number of award winning multimedia titles.
• Effectively negotiating with various international software companies to acquire licenses for localization of their products.
• Starting as a software designer, I was responsible for the design of number of multimedia applications.
