Background:
Elnusa Petrofin is a down-stream Oil & Gas company, supporting Pertamina for fuel distribution, both for retail and industries.
The purpose of this project was to build an Integrated Information Systems for fuel dis­tribution management at Elnusa Petrofin at large scale/country­wide (all over Indonesia, except Java). The project should not only able to help in managing data as information systems gen­erally, but also to reduce the independent variables; given fuel distribution is a system that is not isol­ated from external interference.
End result of the project was a service which let client to focus on their busi­ness without worrying about non-business aspects.

Responsibilities:
Managing whole process within the project including creating client's needs, marketing negotiating with client, collecting require­ments both from Elnusa Petrofin and Pertamina (technical and policial), plan­ning, design & development, purchas­ing, recruitment and reporting to client.

Background:
Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) is a leading company on transportation and distribution of natural gas, connecting Indonesia's nat­ural gas supplies with customers across the country.
The project was to integrate multi-stations Siemens Simatic WinCC which were spanned in different remote locations, South Sumatera and West Java. Data communication between stations employed OPC communication stand­ard. The integration aim was to build seamless data communication.

Responsibilities:
The function of the job was to advice and provide con­sultancy and supervisory work for the SCADA engineers.

Project Manager at Lapindo Brantas

Lapindo Brantas (client); Worked under Koperasi Migas Indonesia.

Background:
The project was to build 3D visual simulation of the Sidoarjo mud on Banjar Panji site. This project used data provided by Lap­indo Brantas which then be processed into interactive 3D visual display.
This project uses OpenGL technology, which involved the advanced al­gorithms such as Constructive Solid Geometry, Shader programming and mathematical calculations to represent unavailable data.
End result of the project was a product (interactive 3D visual simulation) used to simulate the chronology of Sidoarjo mud and was to be presented by client to government and senate.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with geology experts who investigated Sidoarjo mud, collecting data and create a model based on data provided, managing development team.

OPC Consultant at Yamatake Berca

Background:
The project was to integrate Siemens Simatic WinCC and Yamatake TOPServer, using OPC communication standard for a Building Automation project. The integration aim was to build seamless data commu­nication between those two vendor.

Responsibilities:
The function of the job was to advice and provide con­sultancy and supervisory work for the SCADA engineer.

Kaltim Prima Coal (client); Worked with Berca Control as Partner.

Background:
The project was to integrate the existing Siemens Simatic WinCC and Mincom Minetrak (a mining management solution), which was currently in implementation phase. The project was using OPC commu­nication standard to pull data from the SCADA system. The project was im­plemented in a live production system which did not tolerate shutdown.
End result of the project was a customized product in form of application which bridge Siemens Simatic WinCC and Mincom Minetrak. The product was designed to require minimal human intervention and letting resource of the company to focus on their existing tools.

Responsibilities:
Managing whole process within the project including collecting client requirements and data, planning, managing design & imple­mentation team and reporting to the client.

Control System Engineer at Siemens Indonesia

Background:
The project was Obsolete ESD and F&G System Re­vamping in a plant operated by Total E&P Indonesie - East Kalimantan. Its ob­jective is to revamp shutdown system which was handled by ALSPHA and implement Siemens technology for the function. The project was also to in­tegrate the system being implement to the existing system which was Honey­well DCS.
It was a project with a distinctive level of difficulty and high risk one, because it involved a live production system and diverse technologies, such as OPC (Ole for Process Control), redundancy support, fail-safe and others.
End result of the individual work here was an OPC subsystem which bridging communication between Siemens Simatic WinCC and Honeywell AppNode which conform to both communication and safety standard.

Responsibilities:
To integrate newly implemented control system (Siemens Simatic) to the existing Honeywell DCS, specifically APPNode. In­tegration was done using OPC Communication standard. Keeping the integ­ration safety level to highest availableAwarding SIL-3.
