• Preparing the Tabulations/Measurement sheets to evaluate IPA based on RFI/INR/work in progress.

• Rate analysis based on SOR (Schedule of Rate) and new rates (Quotation and Estimation) and Preparation of star rates, pro-rata rates, and build-up rates.
• Assisting the Consultant in furnishing client’s requirements and queries.
• Managing housing, road projects, and maintenance services.
• Developing strong relationships with consultants, clients, and subcontractors and Comprehensive understanding of the Scopes of Consultant and Client Procedures Manual in the Construction Industry
• Developing cost plans and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones, and Providing forecasts and cash flow analysis.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• Take the lead on all contractual matters including but not limited to contract compliance, change management, cost reporting, and claim mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all necessary bonds, warranties, insurances, and undertakings are in the commercial interest of the Employer and in accordance with the relevant contract.
• Reviewing contractor and subcontractor pricing and leading negotiations on behalf of the client to drive fair contract prices.
