As a director of Support Services Administration I have to ensure that Environmental services (Housekeeping, laundry, portering, mail services, landscape, environmental health and safety) & Transportation services (Trips, vehicles maintenance, special event transportation) are provided in adequate manner as per the standard policies and procedures. Also, to ensure that the support services part of the operation and maintenance contract is being performed and fulfilled by closely monitoring outcomes and managing the contract.
Furthermore, ensure continuous staff development in both technical and soft skills .
Quality and national and international accreditation for services offered by my administration is a vision that we work to achieve and endless ambitious desire and to be aligned with the requirements for relevant accreditation such as JCIA, CBAHI, ISO14000, and OSHA. Also, works with multidisciplinary teams and committees in close collaborative teams to meet the requirements for those accreditation.

Job\Role:
- Manage (5) Units activities : Environmental Health & safety, Housekeeping, Landscape, Laundry, Portering & mail Services .
- Ensure proper manpower distribution and utilization for the department units.
- Monitor the service quality and customer satisfaction for the 5 units.
- Create effective communication mechanism with all internal end-users for the department services that minimize gap between the level of the offered services and the expected service which will reflected in higher level of satisfaction.
- Ensure distinctive experience for the patients with housekeeping and laundry services by having daily reports of in-patient feedback.
- Preparing different types of repots for different scopes: monthly, quarterly and annul .
- Preparing the department positions job descriptions and scope of services.
- Investigation of OVR’s and ensures suitable corrective & Effective correction actions considered and implemented.
- Manage the Intern-Training Program for the students of the college of applied medical sciences -environmental health and safety program with University of Dammam.
- Continuous search for improvement opportunities within the environmental services in the way of offering existing services or adding new services.

-Conduct environmental health and safety audits and inspections periodically .- Ensures that the Hospital environment is clean, sanitary and environmentally safe, consistent with all applicable local regulations, standards and policy by requiring a daily inspections of the areas in the Hospital.
