Working on two projects On Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road (Owner Sports Boulevard).

- (Project 1) CONSTRUCTION OF 4 CKTS U/G 380KV Cables from Interface point to new switching Substation-1 BSP 9097 Including the OHTL Dismantling Works.

- (Project 2) CONSTRUCTION OF 4 CKTS U/G 380 KV CABLES From BSP# 9053 to Switching station-2 9098 to Establish CKTS 1&2 and CKTS 3&4 Including the OHTL Dismantling Works.

Duties and Responsibilities:


- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with design and estimation department.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, labor’s etc.) required to complete the project.
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
- Allocate manpower according to each project phase and progress.
- Execute the project according to the project plan.
- Develop and execute documentation and records to document project Activities.
- Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Report projects progress with milestones to management and revise project plan, as necessary.
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures.
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly).
- Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and Procedure’s with help of company finance department.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.

Project (Crowne Plaza Riyadh).


- Managing and maintaining constant flow for all electrical systems work, systems including (Power, lighthing, CBS, FAS, BMS).

- Dealing with T&C and handover for all related systems. Finding creative solution to solve any technical issues.

- Managing day-to-day routine for multiple technical teams.

- Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks.

- Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and work schedules.

- Maintaining and improving existing engineering processes.

- Analyzing existing processes and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives.

- Ensuring a safe, positive work environment.

Projects (Hilton DoubleTree and Garden Inn, Spimaco Addwaeih Tower, Boulevard Riyadh, Riyadh Front).

- Managing all Low Current systems (Lighting, FAS, VES, Emergency system, Disable System, BMS) For Fix1, 2, 3 and Testing & commissioning, designing 8 Sub main distribution boards & 2 Distribution Boards.

- Daily reports for the progress of the project.

- Designing all related drawings for all Electrical Systems (Shop drawings & As Built drawings).

- Dealing with all the process for handing-over the project.

- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.

- Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.

- Maintaining electrical equipment.
