- 1.Monitiring of IManger M2000(M2000 manages Huawei radio access network elements such as GSM (including GPRS) & UMTS) and NetNumen (NetNumen manges ZTE radio access network elements such as GSM (including GPRS) & UMTS).
2. Supports with the configuration, upgrade, maintenance and day to day management of the Huawei/ZTE 3G & 3G Communications Network Management and Element Management systems.

4) Execute all needed configurations and operations related to BSS side changes
5) Execute the OMC tools and features provided (call tracing, M2000 System, Netspan, IN, etc) to maintain a high level of network availability and stability.
6) Coordinate and follow up with all Engineering departments and Call Center for any operations or upgrades
7) Analyze outages and set-up procedures to have better service availability.
8) Supply and Extract and manage the periodical statistics from the OMC system

-Take responsibilities of Desktop configurations, network connectivity, network access issues and printer connectivity.
-Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, configuration and repairing computer systems.
