My roles and responsibilities were Project Management for Preliminary studies, Feasibility studies, Final studies, Costing, Tendering, Systems Analysis, Complete engineering works, and Executing for all projects of the company such as Layer farms, Breeder farms, Broiler farms, Hatcheries, Feed mill plants, Processing plants, Further Processing plant, Rendering plants, Water Treatment plants, Accommodations and Sales branches with all facilities. The main projects were as follow:
 Qatar Integrated Poultry Project: Complete feasibility study (Technical and finical) for poultry integrated project, 40, 000Tn Broiler meat per year and 7.5Tn egg mass per year, which it included (Layer Farms, Broiler Farms, Feed mill Plant, Manure plant, Hatchery, Processing Plant, Further processing plant, Rendering plant, Water treatment plant and accommodations with utilities and facilities).
 Hatchery-8: with capacity of 370, 000 Egg/day, the supplier of hatchery equipment was PasReform.
 Rendering Plant-2: with capacity of 24 Tn/hr raw materials (Feather and Soft offal's), the supplier of equipment was Mavitec.
 Water Treatment plant-2: with capacity of 6, 000 m3/day, the supplier of equipment was Nijhuis.
 Parent or Breeder Farms (Rearing and Production).
 Upgrade Layer Project: two Rearing farms 6 houses for each, two Production farms 18 houses for each, and two Egg stations to produce 1, 500, 000 Egg/day, the supplier of equipment was Big Dutchman and Moba.
 Broiler Farms & Houses: Complete broiler farms 12 houses in each and separated 120 broiler houses in the existing farms.
 Further Processing plant: one Line 2 Tn/Hr, the supplier of equipment is Marel and BBC.
 Upgrade processing plant-3: 3 lines for each line from 7, 000 bird/hr to 12, 000 bird/hr; the supplier of equipment is Stork/Marel.
 Family Compound: 40 villas of 3 types with all facilities and utilities.
 Bachelor accommodations.
 Upgrade Refrigeration Systems of Processing Plant-2: the supplier was Al Salem Johnson Controls
 Al-Madina Sales Branch: it includes cold stores, freezer stores and administration building.

 Hatchery-7: with capacity of 255, 000 Egg/day, the suppliers of hatchery equipment were Hatchtech and Viscon.
 HatchBrood project: 4 units as trial, the suppliers of hatchery equipment was Hatchtech and Viscon.
 Feed Mill Plant-4: with capacity of 75 Tn/hr, the supplier of equipment was Muyang.
 Rendering Plant-1: with capacity of 18.5 Tn/hr raw materials (Feather, Blood and Soft offal's), the supplier of equipment was Haarlsev.
 Upgrade Waste Water treatment plant-1: from 4, 000 m3/day up to 7, 000 m3/day, the supplier of equipment was Redox.
 Parent or Breeder Farms (Rearing and Production).
 Broiler Farms & Houses: Complete broiler farms 12 houses in each and separated 120 broiler houses in the existing farms.
 Marinated plant: 2 Lines, each line capacity is 50 tray/min, one line is for whole chicken and the other for portions, the suppliers were Marel and GMondini.

I was responsible for doing all the following works:
 Manage, redesign, and execute all works of drainage system for buildings and prepare drawings and submittals.
 Manage, redesign, and execute all works of water supply system for buildings; prepare drawings, hydraulic calculations, and submittals.
 Manage, redesign, and execute all works of HVAC system for buildings; prepare drawings, cooling load calculations, and submittals.
 Manage, redesign, and execute all works of firefighting system for buildings, prepare drawings, and submittals.
 Manage, redesign, and execute all works of landscape drainage system, prepare drawings, hydraulic calculations, and submittals.
 Manage, redesign, and execute all works of landscape water supply system, prepare drawings, hydraulic calculations, and submittals.
 Manage, redesign, and execute all works of landscape firefighting system, prepare drawings, hydraulic calculations, and submittals.
 Manage and prepare all mechanical material's submittals for consultant.
 Manage and prepare as built Drawings for all mechanical works and systems.

2. Public Pension Agency extension Building:
One building, its cost was around /75/ millions SAR.
I was responsible for managing and executing all mechanical works and submittals such as chilled water, HVAC system, plumbing, firefighting system and others.
