- Managed (Three) key portfolios in the National Transformation Program; including the relation and engagement between NTP office and VROs in the Ministries.
- Validated the alignment and interdependencies between the government entities and Vision 2030 goals and objectives.
- Identified and analyzed risks, challenges and obstacles on the program level as well as on the initiatives levels, and reposted them to management.
- Worked with the stakeholders in identifying potential solutions to increase the likelihood of delivery; this included issuance of legislations and regulations, coordination with other entities, and development of financial business cases.
Working with a team of experts in developing the Saudi Arabia Qualifications Framework (SAQF). The project aims on placing the rules, standards and regulations that National Registration of Qualifications and Qualifications Providers is awarded. I have been privileged with joining the team while starting from scratch. This has added a set of unique skills to my experience and equipped me with tools for project development, research and evaluation.
Follows some of the major tasks I worked on:
- Worked on reducing the likelihood of the risk resulted from the creation of qualification that doesn't meet the job market needs; by stipulating relevant standards.
- Worked on stipulating standards which enhance the quality of the qualifications and the learning outcomes.
- Researched international and best practices in regards to qualifications design.
- Established links between qualifications and jobs market based on learning outcomes.
- Drafted business models and policies for qualifications in Saudi Arabia.
- Drafted collaboration agreements and policies.
Worked with the International Admission team and facilitated the UVC Course (International Student Success Course).
Sustained operations by managing 2 account managers and 20 human capital advisors.
Introduced a set of KPIs for performance as part of the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Established a knowledge sharing and support mechanism among advisors.
