Manage NW-Cluster Strategic Master plan, built up and finalized (5) years horizon NW cluster projects plan consisting of more than 220 projects costed over 14B SR, aligned with Saudi 2030 vision, National Water Strategic Plan & NWC Strategies Objectives. Restudy the entire ongoing projects costed over 5B SR. Active MEWA Transformation Member & Lead the department transformation. Enabled Private Sector to invest in Water, W.W. & T.S.E. projects that led to bid (2) ISTP projects, and evolve the TSE investment for privet sector. Studied (56) projects, bided (5) projects and awarded (3) projects during lockdown period due to COVIDE-19 pandemic period. Served a portable hospital with 100 beds capacity within less than 21d. Assigned as a permanent deputy for cluster projects general manager.
Managed, supervised, controlled, Pre-commissioned & commissioned S.T.P construction project with design capacity 200K m3/day costed over +300+M SR, served 800k customers. Handover (2) Projects which been suspended over years. Operated the main lifting station with design capacity 200k m3/day which been suspended over years. Decreased daily Sludge production with approximately 95% as well as comply TSE quality with GAMEP specifications.
Managed and Supervised urgent and critical projects executing in Madinah belonging to Madinah Water General Directorate costed +200M SR and we successfully handed it over by self-supervision departmental team consisted of (13) technical & administration staff member
Managed Jeddah City Business Unit master plan for water and wastewater. updated and Initiated (5) years primary plan for JCBU water and wastewater projects.
Worked alongside with International expertise to Manage the O&M of sanitary sewers and sewerage treatment plants with design capacity 150k m3\day served 600k customers. Managed (5) contracts costed +180M SR
Implemented NWC strategic objectives and continuing privatization program. Supervised the performance-based management contact compliance for the city of Jeddah costed +250M SR contracted by SUEZ, as well as Managed the Independent Auditor contract costed +5M SA contracted by FICHTNER Company.
