Conducting weekly plant visit for inspection and close work with production team in order to ensure consumer satisfaction.
Follow up on sales process through market visits with the salesmen in all channels on weekly basis, then preparing the reports showing the findings with respect especially to the in store visibility implementation.
Market review updates with Sales Force on daily basis.
Sales planning and forecasting.
Analyzing sales reports (By Channel, By Area, By Salesman, etc…) resulting with tactical actions and sales strategies to be followed up to achieve the agreed target.
Working with different nationalities (Colleagues, Customers and Consumers).
Handling Household Line (Aluminum Foil, Cling Film, Food Storage Bags, Refusal Bags, Table Covers and Paper Cups products - 80 SKUs).
Follow up and supervise on all the stages of above line going from raw material passing by the production, warehousing, sales strategies, and BTL activities.
Market Researches and surveys about the market needs.
