• Supervised a team of 13+ engineers and consultants, driving accountability across all RIBA stages from design
development through post-contract design management.
• Led interdisciplinary design coordination across architecture, MEP, structural, façade, landscape, and Fire & Life
Safety - ensuring full IFC, SBC, and Civil Defense compliance.
• Implemented a value engineering strategy that achieved a 7% reduction in construction costs through refined
material specifications and optimized design performance - with minimal impact on design intent.
• Established and managed QA/QC protocols across material approvals and mockups, covering façade systems,
landscape, interiors, and FLS packages.

Directed design management across a concurrent portfolio of 9 projects - spanning hospitality, healthcare, commercial,
and mixed-use typologies - leading a multidisciplinary team of 10-15 professionals across all RIBA stages.
• Hospitality & F&B: Led full design management on G+25 VOCO Riyadh hotel tower and G+15 VOCO Eastern Gateway
mixed-use development (hotel, serviced apartments, Grade-A offices, retail) under IHG brand standards; coordinated
high-end F&B fitout at Four Seasons Riyadh incorporating internationally acclaimed culinary concepts.
• Mega-Scale Eco-Tourism: Appointed Design Manager across all disciplines for a 1, 800, 000 sqm mixed-use resort
destination for a PIF-affiliated client in Al Ahsa - Comprising an eco-tourism resort destination with hospitality nodes
(281 keys); under construction.
• Healthcare: Delivered full design management scope for CMRC LTC AlKhobar (150 beds, 18, 500 sqm completed) and
Khurais LTC Riyadh (222 beds, 27, 000 sqm under construction) - coordinating medical planning, regulatory
submissions, and authority approvals across all disciplines.
• Commercial & Workplace: Managed design delivery of LEED Silver targeted headquarters (2, 500 sqm, Riyadh) and
200+ workstation corporate facility (3, 000 sqm, Buraydah) - covering concept through IFC documentation.
• Prototype & Sustainable Design: Led full design of the national Vehicle Inspection Center prototype (SASO/SALAMA)
(9, 930 sqm, Rabigh). Delivered iHerb KSA HQ - LEED-certified, zero-VOC emission workplace.
