• Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Head of Sales

Responsible for the performance of assignments associated with the planning, design and implementation of construction methods for structured cabling and fiber optic projects.
Cable installation, preparation and splicing; installation and assembly of PON splitters, OTDR & optical power meter testing .
- Supervise the overall activities in the field and plan site work & activities by ensuring the availability of all required items materials or labor
Work with key stakeholders to provide project management expertise to assigned Fiber Projects
Support the Project Engineer or Regional VP and ensure large projects are managed professionally following standard project management discipline
Maintain project plan, issues/risk log, and lead project status calls to include client-facing calls
Work with the Design and Implementation team to develop streamlined processes to manage key project milestones
Create client-facing project status reports and dashboards
Track and resolve issues
Provide additional support to the project team as required to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure costs are kept within budget.
- Notify project management of timely identification of deviations from budget, project schedule, and work quality or safety.
- Take actions to deal with results of delays, unscheduled activities and emergencies.

My main project was: Remote Fibre Monitoring System, to monitor five major optical fiber networks in the Dukhan Fields.(QATAR PETROLEUM)
