Key Responsibilities:
• Initiating and guiding the cyclical process of assessing performance gaps, designing learning content, conducting pilot programs to validate learning objectives and ensured smooth rollouts.
• Diagnosing, designing and implementing action interventions such as culture, coaching and leadership transformation.
• Entrusting with the accountability to lead the training activities (enhancing skills throughout interactive activities, respond to trainees' needs and feedback).
• Shouldering accountability to supervise training environment (venue, room, equipment and supplies).
• Leading organisation capability building through design, delivery and administration of innovative and effective learning solutions across multiple platforms.
• Conducting pre-training analysis (i.e. training need analysis, trainee analysis, training plan, training objectives and outcomes, manuals, software, exercises, hand-out as well as feedback sheet).
• Delivering safe and effective mutually agreed activities in accordance with aims and objectives of the programme including group and one-to-one support sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitating effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language by converting one spoken or written language to another.
• Providing interpreting / transliterating services for patient’s employees, and other individuals for meetings, interviews, telephone calls, etc. including one to one and group settings.
• Participating in special health department related workshops / program activities as needed.
• Preparing written translations of instructional and educational materials, correspondence, and forms from one language to another when appropriate.
• Reviewing translated material for accuracy of meaning, grammar and syntax.
• Shouldering accountability to translate various type of documents (including medical reports).
• Conducting in-depth study of the interpretation environments (location and equipment such microphone and headphones).
• Engaging in reading through source text (Arabic/English) and rewriting it in the target text. Proofreading and editing final versions.
