Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and controlling the flow of materials and materials stock.
2. Receiving and issuing the materials due to the site’s need (using SAP system).
3. Perform materials requisition and cooperate with suppliers.
4. Cooperate with both of purchasing dept. and procurement dept. for issuing L.P.O for.
5. Cooperate with quality team for getting material approval for the specified approved material.
6. Receiving and controlling all scaffolding, mechanical materials received from plant dept.
7. Cooperate with quantity surveyors to issue the payment advice for the subcontractors and supplier for all measured materials such as (concrete, steel, ceramic, pipes etc.)
Projects: Etihad towers, gateway towers, and strategic water storage and recovery (swsr liwa - pipe line)

Job Title: Logistics officer
Job Responsibilities: planning and supervising materials flow to the site, motivation of the equipments inside the site (bobcats, tower cranes, excavators, forklifts, boom lifts), site supporting (technical support, fresh water, labors movements, staff movements, waste control, and assets mobilization)

Job Responsibilities: supervising the clearance procedures and logistics operations (inside our shipping agency) for all imported and exported cargoes in both of Lattakia and Tartous ports

Job Responsibilities: inspection of agricultural cargos (quality and quantity), assisting in draught, bunker survey in Cooperation with insurance and P&I clubs.
