As a curriculum specialist at Mcgraw Hill Education. I handle the academic aspects of our services to organizations requesting it. Such organizations are mainly ministries of education, large school networks, and other educational entities. Within the scope of my job is to discuss with the organization their academics concerns curricular needs, design, development, assessment, and alignment of curriculum items. As a result of discussions, I can recommend to my company the best feasible and valued solution.
Another major task is the e-learning and digital product assessment and recommendation for professional development for stakeholders of t he solution shaped.
Develop, manage and supervise computing curriculum for SABIS® schools in 5 regions (Middle East, Arabian Gulf, North Africa and Europe, West Asia, and USA) including corporate contracted schools and partnership (PPP), and SABIS University (Erbil).
Alignment to standards of regional locations: Accomplished alignment to ISTE-NETS based technology standards, also to UAE’s ADEC standards.
Setup computing curriculum scope and sequence to author SABIS® books of aligned content for grades k-9.
Supervise external examinations for secondary grade levels (grades 9-12) including IGCSE, AP, A-level, O-Level and ICDL.
Authoring and producing SABIS computer textbooks (school and university).
Academic support including exam generation, annual distributions (pacing charts), reporting and controlling question banks.
Teacher of Educational Technology courses for university students.
Coordinator: Supervise, coordinate and control teacher performance, recruitment of computer teachers, setting and modifying curriculum.
Teacher: ICT teacher to grades 7-12.
Trainer: Trained over 120 teachers and employees in multiple workshops on computer literacy and internet use, and basic hardware skills.
