• Leading the team for executing the job and supporting them with all the required information
regarding the equipment.
• Preparing and reviewing of the ITP and MOS.
• Preparing hydrotest packages for heat exchangers.
• Carrying out hydrotest for the heat exchangers for all the types of exchangers.
• Attending the kickoff meeting with client.
• Inspecting the equipment as per ITP.
• Rising RFI as per the execution with ITP.
• Conducting interviews for the newly hired QC Engineers in align with HR.
• Handling and inspecting static equipment include the preparation of the reports and supervising
the work to make sure it is within the procedure.
• Preparation of quality documents for a reactor catalyst handling work such as loading diagram
and the density table and supervising the job to ensure the works is within the standards or as
per Catalyst loading diagram.
• Preparation of Quality Plans, Method of statement, ITPs, Quality packages, related forms and
other related documents as required by the Client.
• Checking, Conducting, and supervising NDT (RT, PT, UT, MT) works with NDT technicians after
any repair works as per client and IRTP requirements.
• Preparing Reports if any abnormalities found such as Nonconformance Report.
• Make sure of gaskets size, Materials, rating with GA drawing of the equipments and serration of
flanges prior to box-up.
