My responsibilities and tasks including but not limited to the following:
1) Analyzing the received tender documents from the consultant and assessing that all issued documents are in order.
2) Distribute the documents to other departments.
3) Carefully assessing the B.O.Q, Specifications and drawings, listing out various items require having any special attention.
4) Follow up and supervise the QS team to get the quantities on the time.
5) Analyze the Quotations received from the Procurement Department and make sure it compliance with the Bid documents.
6) Attend pre, post tender meeting with the consultant / client, and discuss various issues and discrepancies related to the proposed project.
7) Forwarding queries to consultant for discrepancies observed in the issue tender document.
8) Extensively do the cost analysis of each item described in the B.O.Q, and ensure that it covers all details as described in drawings, B.O.Q, and specifications, to build up the correct cost, which includes all the resources.
9) Prepare the Top sheet for Management approval along with Resources and Activities Report for the Management evaluation
My responsibilities and tasks during this period was including but not limited to the following:
1) Prepare the tender Study, which is including the following:
- Check Tender Drawings, Specification and Bill of Quantities
-Follow up and supervise the QS team to get the quantities on the time.
-Check the quantities its acceptable or not as per my experience.
- Getting the prices from the specialized supplier/subcontractors
- Finalizing the tender submission including preparing the bid package, filling the B.O.Q.
- Prepare variation studies for projects in hand.
2) Helping the QS team by taking off quantities if they under pressure.
My responsibilities and tasks during this period was including but not limited to the following:
1) Prepare the tender Study, which is including the following:
- Check Tender Drawings, Specification and Bill of Quantities
-Follow up and supervise the QS team to get the quantities on the time.
-Check the quantities its acceptable or not as per my experience.
- Getting the prices from the specialized supplier/subcontractors
- Finalizing the tender submission including preparing the bid package, filling the B.O.Q.
- Prepare variation studies for projects in hand.

- Preparing the Architectural design for many residential buildings.
- Preparing the working drawings, quantities takeoff.
