Handling contractor safety management according to DUPONT standards.
Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
Directing, leading & motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational efficiency.
To deal with technicians, contractors & their workers while major / minor shut down jobs & routine maintenance jobs & to check and certify contractors’ job bills.
