As a Business Development Officer, I am responsible for the following:
• Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
• Provide market feedback to the company’s top management regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate and develop product ideas.
• Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking key contributors in the industry and their accomplishments.
• Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhance Tamweelcom reputation by taking responsibility of accomplishing innovative and new customized solutions.
• Bank teller : Exchange services and deals directly with most customers, Deposit and withdraw transactions
• Bank customer service. setting up and maintaining customers’ accounts, dealing with enquirers, promoting and selling financial products and services to customers and using a computerized system to update account details .
monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the company, install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
Teller, Responsible for the sale and purchase of currency exchange and the establishment of financial transfers and monitor the financial market.
Assembly and maintenance of computers and servers and download operating systems as well as network maintenance and other services
