Prepare required project documents (Budget, Scope statement, Project management plan,
Project schedule)
Prepare executive plan including the plan for attracting sponsors of events and the
targeted media
Contribute in selecting the vendors and printing agencies.
Contribute in pricing the sponsorship fees according to approved budget and sponsorship
levels.
Supervising the process of attracting sponsors for each event.
Supervising the coordination process with events hosts.
Prepare work progress reports and phase’s reports.
Making sure to complete all project activities within agreed budget and schedule.
Manage the project’s risks and document it in risks register.
Manage the change requests and analyze effects on project’s schedule and cost.
Prepare required project documents (Scope statement, Project management plan, Project

Prepare media campaign plan for the initiatives of ministry (including estimated budget,
suggested messages, time schedule ….etc)
Prepare NDA & teaming agreements with outsourced consultants who will provide the
training courses and consultation (like PMO maturity assessment consultation)
