• S.C Johnson & Son has operations in most of the world countries and its Brands are sold in over 110 Countries. It has 4 Factories in The MENA & Africa Region (in Turkey & Egypt & Morocco and South Africa)
• S.C Johnson & Son is producing wide diverse range of the Household Products and the Consumer Chemicals categories (6 Categories) which are :-

1- Air Care Products Category - under the Brand Name of (Glade)
2- Home Cleaning Products Category - under the brand name of (Duck - Windex - Mr. Muscle - Pledge -Scrubbing Bubbles)
3- Pest Control Products Category - under the Brands names of (Raid & Baygon & OFF!)

• Now I am in charge about following up the Co., Sales & Marketing Operations for
• To MENA Region (16 Countries Markets)
• And as well to the Black Africa Region (41 Countries Markets)
Accomplishments:
 Increasing the No of the Countries markets which we are exporting my Co., Brands Products to them from 32 Countries in 2015 to be 57 Countries Markets by 2020 Year End + Direct a Proper Marketing Promotional Campaigns for launching 26 New Products SKUs in the assigned Export Markets :-
1- Which propelled The Annual Export Sales Revenue from $ 300 m. USD in (2015) to be $ 550 m. USD by 2020 Year-End.
• Wrote catalogs, course guides and training brochures that enhanced the Distributors Sales Reps’ understanding of complex product features and helped them sell more effectively.
• Performed ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling for each Export Country
• Produced media kit that demonstrated key marketing analytics & demographics .
• Leveraged strengths in Cost-Effective Export Management to end each year by an average of 20 % under-budget (without compromising Stipulated Annual Business Growth Goals).
• From Scratch, Evaluate market potential in new, overseas markets and convert findings into an Export Business plan
• Prepare Quotations and build FOB & CFR & CIF Pricing Models for overseas Customers.
• To identify and appoint Distributors in the assigned markets

• $200 m annual P&L (Export 70% and Local 30%).
- General Sales & Marketing Role with full responsibility of the P & L and the Annual Balance Sheet of 50 m USD achieved in the Personal Care Category and operating across Egypt and 23 Countries Markets.
Key Achievements:-
1. Succeeded in increasing the Annual Sales Revenue from $60 m in 2004 to be $ 200 by 2014 Year End.
2. Succeeded in increasing the Export Overseas Countries from 8 in 2004 to be 28 by 2014 year end.
3. Succeeded in increasing the Numeric Distribution figures in the Egyptian local Market from 52753 outlets in 2004 to be 103113 by 2014 year end.
