HR Supervisor
-Supervise and collaborate with the IT Department for the integration of the fingerprint and ERP system then test and report the errors to be fixed by the providers.
-Improve the recruitment cycle time and efficiencies by study the current process and locate the week points in the chain which need to be upgraded or dissolve.
-Run probation interviews for the newly joined employees to clear out any misunderstood or to find out help in adopting in the new workspace.
-Develop and upgrade all HR policies (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Leaves, Promotions, Accommodation, Etc.).
-Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR and state labor law requirements.
-Maintains historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
-Generate and Enhance job descriptions samples through direct interview with Head of Departments.
-Preparation of interview guide which includes all types of exams Ex: (personality and ability test).
-Handle talent acquisition process, shortlisting tools, find sourcing, overseas and local candidates.
-Establish screening procedures of candidates, recruiting, testing, and interviewing candidate.
-Startup hearing session to find solutions for employee grievances, counseling employees.
-Identify the key positions and their successors to establish successors qualifying plan.
-Measuring the employee satisfaction by creating a sequence of reports.
-Create and implement new methods to motivation employee mentality.
-Conducting orientation and Induction for the new joined employees.
-Maintains employee retention by analyzing exit interviews.
-Measuring the onboarding cycle time (probation period).
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Conducting investigations; maintaining records.
- Supervise the progress of overall activities of employees regarding their number of leaves, performance in training/rate and likewise. As a result, accordingly, update their files. Analyzing and observe the list of monthly and quarterly evaluations for appropriate Departments.
-Supervise and follow up the monthly data entry of the timesheet and finalize any inquiries that related to it with Payroll Department and employees for both permanent and temporary employees.
-Collaborate with Accommodation Manager for the selection of the items that needed to be in the accommodation and follow up with list of the staff who are using the facility.
-Set up the required hiring quota with Department Heads to meet up with local candidates and send the recommendation for HR Department for final hiring process.
-Supervise and follow up the issuing of employment contracts, process it, monthly renewal, routine transfer and finalize any issues with Admin Department.
-Maintain the vehicles movement paperwork (Receiving and Return) with Equipment Department through GPRS reports and validate any violation.
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports with all employees’ issues and submit it to HR Department for discussion to set up plan to reduce them.
-Monitor the opening of bank accounts process with banks representative and Payroll Department for the labors and finalize any pending issues.
-Cooperated and coordinate with the Learning and Development Department for any required/suggested training course for site employees.
-Handle an employee's work injuries formalities and prepare the required document and guide him thought out the whole process.
-Supervise the staff record for the E-archive as annual leaves, sick leaves, settlements requests and all kind of decrees.
-Create Memos and Decrees for all kind of issues and events and disrupted it acknowledgment for further action.
-Conduct internal investigations to be submitted to the Legal Department for final review for execution.
-Follow up the whole appointment process from the employees' ID thought residency stamp till Salary.
-Supervise and follow up the process of (Resignation, Termination and Dismissal) paperwork.
-Rollout company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
-Implementation of HR inquires to fulfill project histogram requirements for the manpower.
-Conduct and Finalizing Exit interview when a member of staff leaves company.
-Attend to employee’s compliance and work to resolve conflict.
