My Responsibility is assembling data, analyzing performance for active parts, identifying
out of scope demand patterns, and following of inventory levels for spare Parts.
placed the purchase orders on GM company ( stock order & VIP order ) long-term renewal
and forecasting commands using system tools and other relevant information.
communication with main suppliers to address discrepancies, expedite & following
shipments to meet requirements, and provide a level of communication that supports
ongoing efficiencies between both parties.
receiving shipment & posting shipment, the transfer of inventory of spare parts in our
branches in Saudi Arabia, and the prosecution of expense and costing currency expenses.
Creation spare parts in system for new vehicles.
All operation like receiving posting spare parts shipments by SAP system & oracle make
interface for Invoices by citrix program.
Follow-up & Order and receiving raw material daily
Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of finish
goods
Issue the row materials for proudection department and receive proudaction report & adjast
the matrials from system.
Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems by
Oracle system (CITRIX) JDE access
Analyzing logistical & warehousing problems and producing new solutions
Cooperation with all sections of the company to develop and improve and choosing the
optimal cost while maintaining quality and customer service
Review The amounts & enters raw materials invoices & sent to accounting department
Company field is manufacturer of dry mix cement and gypsum based building finishing materials.
