- Ensured company profitability in spite of 20-30% yearly erosion of the sales prices.

- Managed a 10 Million Euro full turnkey project which involved Network Planning, Site Acquisition, Civil works, and Telecom Implementation, with a team of more than 210 employees.
- Handled First line maintenance of the Northern Emirates and Dubai (more than 650 sites)

- Was responsible for a full turnkey project of more than 130 sites (outdoor and indoor);
- Was responsible for team structuring (Site Acquisition, Civil Works, and Telecom Implementation), preparing the responsibility matrix to meet the aggressive project deadlines, and evaluating the team members performance for over than 75 employees
- Supervised the first WCDMA Flexi trail implementation in the Middle East.

- Prepared the HW requirements and planned for new sites and expansions.
- Revised roll out implementation plan, coordinated with sub contractors and installation teams, supervised the installations, commissioning and integrations of the new sites.

- Supervised the installation and swap of different BTS/Node-B and TRS platforms.
