SEAF Jordan Growth & Impact Fund was launched after the partnership between Small Enterprise Assistance Fund “SEAF” (www.seaf.com) - a leading SEC licensed and regulated global impact fund manager based out of Washington, D.C., and 17 Ventures. The Fund is sector agnostic with a target size of USD 100 million and is focused on providing growth capital to SMEs to expand, achieve market rate returns and create jobs.

As Managing Partner of the Fund and by managing a team of investment professionals, I was in charge of the full cycle of sourcing and originating a pipeline of investment opportunities, making investment recommendations to the Investment Committee, negotiating, structuring, and executing investment transactions.

APIC is a regional investment holding company that operates through its operating subsidiaries in different sectors such as aluminum industry, food processing, FMCG, medical supplies & equipment, automotive, and retail and supermarkets in KSA, UAE, Jordan, Iraq, and Palestine. APIC also owns a diverse portfolio of investments in the banking, insurance, IT, fintech, consumer finance, and real estate, in addition to LP positions in multiple regional and international PE funds.

• In charge of managing investments and Mergers & Acquisitions ("M&A") activities in the group, which operates in KSA, UAE, and Levant, with total assets exceeding USD 400 million.
• Contributed in growing annual revenues from USD 390 million in 2011 to USD 825 million in 2019 through sourcing to execution of regional M&A transactions and expanding operating subsidiaries by acquisitions in different markets including KSA, UAE, Iraq and Jordan.
• Played a leading role in financing investment expansionary activities through issuing corporate bonds, LBOs and alternative bank financing structures.
• Introduced and implemented financial covenants in the group to create sound financial and investment disciplines and enhance credit worthiness and credibility.
• Contributed in growing annual profits from USD 2.0 million in 2011 to USD 22 million in 2019 through synergetic and/or accretive M&A activities.

Ithmar Invest (awarded Best Investment Bank in Jordan by International Finance and by Global Finace) is a boutique independent investment banking firm with operational offices in Jordan and KSA. At Ithmar Invest I was in charge of Mergers & Acquisitions ("M&A") mandates on both buy and sell sides, Private Placements, IPOs, Corporate Finance & Capital Structuring and Restructuring transactions, Fairness Opinion and Business Valuation, Fixed Income Instruments "Corporate Bonds" and Debt Structuring and arrangement, and other general financial advisory mandates in Levant, and GCC.

As the team leader of the Transaction Advisory & Solutions ("TAS") division, led teams of analysts in business valuation assignments, financial due diligence, market & financial feasibility studies, and other corporate finance assignments in various sectors in Jordan and Abu Dhabi.

Carried out business valuation assignments, financial due diligence, market & financial feasibility studies, and other corporate finance assignments in various sectors in Jordan, Iraq and GCC.

Joined the firm as Auditor's Assistant in 1999. Attended several local and Andersen Worldwide training courses. Later as a Semi Senior Auditor, conducted complete audit assignments on a portfolio of private and public companies in various industries as team leader.
Also carried out several special assignments, e.g. internal audit function sourcing, financial due diligence and business valuations.
