language to achieve the requirements of the client

Worked as Software engineer .NET Developer in both website and mobile applications using object Oriented analysis and design to achieve the goals of a certain project as well as interacting with the security systems of the company and involved in several projects such as creating attendance web portal and mobile application, camp site management system, IT helpdesk system, Finance management system, Aramco pipeline calculator mobile application system.

.Worked as a System admin which had a full responsibility of active directory and management and group policies and as well as I worked as an ICT Coordinator, Data Collector, and was also the middle man who analyzes the problem and contact the WIPRO team as they are the people who solve any issues related to WIPRO. As a Data Collector receiving and analyzing the issues that could rise from either customer or staff end and then coming up with a solution to fix the issues as well as updating the issue tracker of the IT Department.

Tasks that were tackled during the internship at Halliburton: -

- Desk-side and remote support in the use of systems in a LAN/WAN Environment.
- Troubleshoot complex desktop software and hardware problems.
- Assign IT-related incidents and/or service tickets based on a given work chart (Using HP Service Manager system).
- Updates and close call records for work performed.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactory incident closure.
- Escalates problems not resolved within established service levels
- Understand and follow the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Understand how to address a new Request for Change (RFC), outline the business case justification, and specify an outage period, impact assessment, implementation plan and blackout plan (Using HP Service Manager system).
- Lean how to configure and program Cisco IP Phones (Using Cisco Unified CM Administration system).
- Assist in IT procurement and material supply process by analyzing IT supplies & materials technically to ensure quality of service.
- Assists in managing & controlling the country IT assets with its billing (Using HP Asset Management system).
