- Leverage the organization’s strategic theme of building organizational capacity by
ensuring that the Learning & Development activities and initiatives support current
and future business needs.
- Design, deliver and evaluate a broad portfolio of training and development products
and services (National development, soft skills, language, e-technology, customer,
operator and technical training portfolio to achieve the required competency levels.
- Provision of coaching and training to build the capacities of ZG staff through ongoing
evaluation of the programs' aims, objectives, instructional materials, teaching aids and
methodologies; accountable for the standardization of all learning and development
processes.
- Evaluate technical training needs, design and develop comprehensive technical programs (competency models, measurement system), formulate technical training framework and implement the management vision and strategy with emphasize on ROI to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all deliverables.
- Meet revenue and quality objectives by ensuring the application of departmental workflows for Apprenticeship, Customer, Operator and Technical Training Programs.
- Market and design special programs to meet the requirements of internal and external customers and evaluate them to ensure the learning objectives and course accreditation requirements have been met.
Responsible for ensuring that Zahid Learning Center Technical Training receives and maintains Caterpillar Service Training Excellence Certification by meeting criteria of LCAT (Learning Capability Assessment Tool).
- Prepare and deliver Basic to Advanced Systems, Product Familiarization and Maintenance training sessions.
- Conduct technical knowledge and skill assessments; log and communicate results for certificate/ progress report preparation and distribution.
- Compile and submit training reports, and update the training database with the assessment results of competencies covered during training sessions.
- Continuously update training materials, including assessment forms and procedures, course outlines, trainer modules, notes and presentations, trainee handouts, self-study materials, and practical exercises using equipment/tools.
- Ensure that safety and contamination control regulations are followed at all times.
- Provide technical support and solutions based on customer needs.
- Design hydraulic circuits utilizing open and closed loop axial piston pumps and pump controls as well as proportional valve technologies.
- Work independently without daily supervision, but remain responsive to company management requests for assignments and account intelligence.
- Work as a team player, utilizing all the resources of the company and sharing leads with other sales colleagues.
