• Ensure that buses trips attendance are ready & sent to Finance Department by the 25th of every month in order to prepare the driver payment
• Responsible for collecting attendance sheet for all projects activities (training sessions, awareness sessions, life skills sessions, and events)
• Regularly scan and organize attendance sheets.
• Follow-up on a daily basis with the trainers/coaches to ensure accurate attendance record.
• Ensure the availability of accurate, correct and complete data.

• Collect and enter the data collected by the field team in the database in the appropriate databases and using Mobile Data Collection to gather structured information using tablet devices:
• Collect and follow up on Assessments and surveys information
• Ensure all data entered are correct, cross check with paper versions, and correct tablets data
• Prepare the tablets for the field team
• Arrange Files; and arrange coaches and center staff files and all related documents.
• Ensure confidentiality of the data management;

• Report on the coaching, including: evaluation of the trainees; recommendation on the best methodology for ongoing support for the trainees; recommendations on best methodology of the community of practice for the coaches; recommendations on areas to focus on in-terms of business training and coaching activities; challenges and lessons learned;
• Collect the attendance sheet and pre/post-tests during the coaching sessions
• Support in organizing the micro mentor events.
• Teach knowledge and skills in record keeping, business communication, basic business, book keeping, customer service and marketing.
• Provide the incubator’s responsible with all the material needed for printing and usage during the training sessions.
• At the end of the training, the trainer will present a detailed report on the training.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
