∗ Responsible for preparing project's time schedule, specification, assure of complying the works with the contract requirements, as well as review planning and monitoring time schedule of the project
∗ Prepare the tender package ( scope of work, condition of contract, time schedule, )
∗ Lead & manage a tender team of designers & engineers according to scope of work and time schedule
∗ Assistance of the client during the tender period including response of tenderer clarifications
∗ Evaluation of submitted tenders.
∗ Provision of technical support during construction stage.
