-Ensure adherence to the approved salary scale and maintain internal equity while collaborating with various divisions to create an annual recruitment plan that prioritizes recruitment needs and adheres to allocated budgets.
-Oversees all company sourcing activities, contacts potential candidates, and develops a recruiting strategies.
-Manage different talent sourcing channels including career portals, social media, agencies, career fares.
-Facilitate the logistical part of the recruitment and onboarding process such as schedule interviews, book meetings/rooms, Temporary accommodation, Airline reservation, Airport Pickup… Etc.
-Ensure that the work policies and procedures are in place and are in alignment with CEER’s standards and goals.
-Establish and distribute KPIs among business functions under the department in cooperation with the respective business function at the corporate level.
-Manage/coordinate the Saudization % in hiring as per the government requirements and ensure the company is aligned with the updates from all regulators.
-Coordinate with global visa process agents, liaise with embassies, secure visa stamping, manage document preparation, obtain approvals, coordinate with third-party sponsors and government relations, adhere to regulations, generate exceptional letters.
